Responsibilities:
Reports and communicates daily/weekly to Regional/Corporate office on a timely basis. Prepares spreadsheets and graphs of financial data. Maintains all District Managers' files, records, policy manuals and bulletin materials. Coordinates travel arrangements for District and Store Managers. Assist with projects as requested.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Minimum two years secretarial experience. Good organizational and communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
