SUMMARY: Manage the District and utilize our personnel and resources effectively to meet assigned sales and service goals. The work involved is related to the overall management and general business operations of the District Manager function
Essential Job Duties
Managing direct reports within the District.
Attaining assigned District sales targets and service profit targets by effectively managing personnel and resources in the District.
Completing management reports and sales budgets and spreadsheets.
Maintaining good relations with top customers and key truck dealers.
Administering assigned pricing control in the District.
Overseeing District compliance - OSHA, ISO, and Company Policies.
Managing District expenses and reviewing expenditures to maximize sales and service results.
Performing other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Assigned Salesmen, Service Manager, Service Supervisors, and Sales Coordinators.

A Bachelors Degree in a business related field OR equivalent work experience.
Several years of experience with industrial sales.
Previous supervisory experience.
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
