The purpose of this position is to effectively represent American Honda's Power Equipment Division and it's products within a defined geographic area and achieve goals and objectives as defined by company management.

This position covers a region that includes: Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and a small portion of Texas. The position is based in Denver Colorado vicinity.

Handle Power Equipment (lawnmowers, tillers, generators, trimmers/brush cutters, snowblowers and water pumps) wholesale activities

Administer policies and procedures related to Power Equipment sales, provide dealer training to ensure power equipment knowledge and consult with dealers to help improve their business.


BA/BS degree (Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Education) or current equivalent industry work Experience in marketing and wholesale/retail sales.

3-5 years of current industry experience (required) and knowledge of sales techniques as well as a strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of dealership operations

2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing /advertising and merchandising experience

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, and strong written/oral communication skills.

Requires travel and possible future relocation.

Excellent organization and communication skills required.

Power Equipment or related industry experience is desirable.

Knowledge of basic sales forecasting principles is helpful
