District Sales Manager
The District Manager provides leadership and strategic direction to sales representatives in order to achieve performance objectives. They monitor district progress towards meeting and exceeding sales plans and forecasts; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring & utilization of resources aligned with our customer's expectations.

4 year degree required
2 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience required, Pediatric Management experience a plus.
3 plus years of pharmaceutical sales experience with ability to show proven sales performance over time required, Pediatric Sales experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectives
Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to coach and council sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices
Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
Excellent communication and organization skills
