Responsibilities:

The Division Manager is an experienced sales professional who directs the planning and implementation of the sales process by recruiting and hiring all Area Managers and identifying and penetrating market opportunities to achieve revenue an admission goals.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, finance, or extensive related field experience.
  • The ability to work with outside clients and vendors.
  • The ability to interact positively with levels of personnel across all functions.
  • Good understanding of the Federal, State, and local laws / regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a home health agency.
  • The ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
