Manages and coordinates all Division Order functions including management of Division Order Analysts and Division Order Technicians. Provides administrative support to Land and Land Administration group as directed. The ideals candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to balance multiple priorities while at the same time, enjoy a small office environment.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of record title ownership division of interest in both billing and revenue
Processes all probate information and transfer documents form interest owners in order to maintain a correct division of interest
Maintains and corrects divisions of interest when payouts and recompletions occur
Analyzes title opinions, land contracts, operating agreements, oil and gas leases, broker reports, curative, well and regulatory documents, conveyances, probate and heirship data and other legal documents to determine ownership and lease burden relationships for production proceeds from oil and gas wells
Works with landmen to clear and cure title
Builds and maintains division order files and division order log
Coordinates with accounting to insure proper and timely distribution of revenues and deck preparation
Prepares spreadsheets for departmental use
Research and maintenance of Owner Inquiries in Enertia Land System
Researches legal suspense items
Review of Initial DOI deck setups for accuracy
Review and translate legal documents/transfers of title to perform mass changes in Enertia Land System
Verify GWI/NRI on outside operated division orders
Communicates both verbally and written with landowner inquiries

Minimum Qualifications:
At least five years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience with Enertia Land System a plus
