Job Overview

Responsible for the creation, development and distribution of documentation necessary to the production process using customer supplied data.

Responsibilities

Lead resolution of discrepancies identified between customer and internal documentation
Manage the completeness of customer supplied data
Support the identification and documentation of more efficient process for control of documentation
Manage the component and process problem notification processes
Support training of doc coordinators
Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (5%)
Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

All candidates must have legal authorization to permanently live and work in the United States without visa or employer sponsorship. Education/Experience
A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred for this position.
Experience of 2 years is required for this position, assuming education requirements are met. Equivalent industry experience of 3 or more years is highly desirable.

Advanced problem solving skills
Ability to manage fluctuating workloads, schedules and deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office skills

General office equipment and materials
Agile or other PDM software
