We will be the dominant provider of financial products and services to agriculture in our core client segments. To underwrite and manage risk in each core segment, we are served by a distinguished team of FCS Document Administrators. The Document Administrator provides technical expertise within the document preparation function under the Legal Department.

The Document Administrator will support in the accurate and timely preparation of mortgage/commercial loan/lease documents, closing instructions and all essential procedures while remaining in compliance with 1 st FCS requirements.

Education Level - High School graduate with a minimum of two years of post secondary education with an emphasis on legal terminology, real property, Mortgage and Commercial lending experience.

Experience and Skills - A minimum of three to five years experience with mortgage and commercial loan. Strong communications, interpersonal and analytical skills. The team member must demonstrate effective team building and processing skills.

Computer Skills - Advanced skills in Word with a knowledge of Excel. The ability to understand and use various other types of business and financial computer applications is also required.
