VHDA is seeking an individual for our Homeownership Document Control area. The person will be responsible for using a Loan Origination System to accurately track the receipt of loans, documents and files, within the department. The successful candidate should have experience in handling and tracking of files and documents. Knowledge of mortgage lending documents and terminology is helpful. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision required.
