Purpose: Performs duties to support daily office activities and duties related to document control by maintaining current documentation for the field engineers and site supervision. Work Schedule: Varies by location. Must have open ava|

Essential Skills (may include but are not limited to the ability to)
Maintains an accurate file system of all construction drawings and other documentation and ensures that the most current revision is maintained and updated on a regular basis.
Responsible for assisting in general administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, filing, organizing, mailing, and expediting information as needed.
Assist the project team with setup and maintenance of the site status database, assuring timely status as each part progresses through the construction process.
Work with in precise limits and standards of accuracy.
Follow oral and written directions.
Work within company policy as outlined in the Lauren Engineers Constructors Craft Handbook and in compliment with the LEC Human Resources Policy Manual, LEC Safety Manual and OSHA Safety rules.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in a professional office environment, which required interaction with internal and external customers.
Proficiency with M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, M.S. Access, and M.S. Outlook required.
Able to multi-task and work under time pressure.
Ability to work with others to achieve job goals
Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (other preferences will be given for special language skills where there is a business need)
Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects
Occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
See well (naturally or with correction)
Good sense of balance
Rain coat or poncho
Steel toed work boots
Environment: Works out of a field office at the construction site, monitors the all phases of the construction project, may travel extensively when not assigned to a construction site, usually entails temporary residence away from primary residence, deals with delays, the effects of bad weather, or emergencies at the site. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, must be careful while performing onsite services.
