This person will be responsible for documenting and maintaining processes, procedures, user manuals, plans, reports, deliverables in the Web Operations using a SharePoint based document management system.
Responsible for:
  • Preparing, updating, assembling and managing documentation on SharePoint site
  • Monitoring and tracking work load and resource allocation
  • Tracking assets, and decommissioned and excess equipment
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual deliverables
  • Scheduling, coordinating and facilitating meetings and preparing meeting minutes
  • Expert level experience in Microsoft Office Suite 2003-2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Expert level experience in writing (grammar, spelling, and technical knowledge)
  • Experience in technical documentation, standards and procedures desired
  • Experience in SharePoint with document version tracking and workflow
Skills/Personal Qualities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting
