As a Doll Hair Stylist you will provide services to customers that ensure a high level experience at American Girl. This includes answering questions, providing general customer assistance, signing dolls in and out of the salon, styling doll hair according to company standards, demonstrating proper hair care techniques, resolving customer problems, conducting inventory of salon supplies and stocking area for ease of work, and communicating needs to management.
Customer Service- Meet customers within 30 seconds of them approaching the Doll Hair Salon using professional communication skills that create a positive, friendly rapport.
Relationships and Teamwork- Develops positive, cooperative relationships with others.
Product Knowledge/Selling- Must possess strong knowledge of products in order to assist customers in adjacent area.
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a customer service retail job.
Ability to style hair and care for doll. Must enjoy public speaking, children and possess a warm and friendly demeanor.
Previous Experience working with children a plus. Good verbal and communications skills required.
