This position spends 75% of time engaging donors through telerecruiting, email, and face-to-face interaction; 10% of time planning and implementing promotion and marketing strategies; 10% on calls unrelated to direct recruitment (i.e. reaction calls, reminder calls, etc.); and 5% on other community activities.
Pay is $12.40/hr plus stipend of $1.50/hour if majority of shift is after 4pm.
This is a part-time position working typically Sunday-Thursday evenings from 4pm-8pm.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months customer service/sales experience is required. 1-2 years of telemarketing or telerecruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with a Windows operating system environment is required. Experience with a predictive dialer in an outbound call center, and familiarity with telemarketing scripts is preferred. Must be computer literate to accomplish functions of the job and to access/utilize company communications.
