Operates and sets controls for machines. Weigh/measures and mixes dry and wet ingredients to make dough. Ensure pans are turned properly for quality baking. Set guides for product changeover. Loads, unloads and operates the baking equipment. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Enforces and adheres to safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
