We are looking for a

Duplicating Machine Operator

at Moffett Field, CA.

As a Duplicating Machine Operator you will operate one or more binding, color photocopying, photographic, and duplicating office machines to make copies and bind documents such as letters, reports, directives, manuals, articles and bulletins.

Operate binding machines. Example: Punchers, trimmers, collators,etc.

Read job orders to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed.

Prepare assembly sheets/proofs, printing requisitions with specifications for printing and binding, recording, delivering and collecting work.

Clean machines, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, paying particular attention to important variables indicated by trade name on machines.

Monitor visitors and maintain visitor log.

Draft routine correspondence, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.

Maintain a professional environment.

Other duties as assigned.


Minimum High School Diploma and one year of experience in duplicating and binding machine operations.

Experienced in Windows 2007, Microsoft Office Suite, Macintosh OS, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Professional, courteous, proactive disposition.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.

General office environment; may occasionally be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
