As the CRM Manager, working remotely from any major city in the U.S., your primary responsibility will be to ensure achievement of strategic revenue objectives for our Microsoft CRM services. You will serve as engagement manager for our clients, from pre-sales through completion of the project. You will also ensure excellent customer service, keeping high retention rates and expanding current engagements. Essential to this role will be working with executives to identify, develop, and implement effective product strategies and productive product marketing plans as well as maintain effective communications with executives and managers across the company. Previous leadership roles will provide you the experience necessary to generate revenue through the direction and guidance of team members. Proven experience in overseeing the fiscal responsibilities and managing a professional services business unit or department will be essential in this key role. Additional proficiencies in resource allocation, including budget and personnel, will ensure the positive direction of the team. Your expertise directing business development will ensure that tactical plans reflect strategic objectives and produce positive results. Your working knowledge of CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft CRM, will enable you to develop Statements of Work and negotiate contracts.
