We have an immediate opening for a E&I Manager . This position is part of the maintenance leadership team and has overall responsibility for mill-wide electrical and instrumentation maintenance. The successful candidate will provide leadership to drive out repetitive maintenance problems, reduce maintenance cost, and improve equipment reliability.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be a role model and champion for an injury-free work place. Work closely with operations leadership to understand their needs and to maintain a one team, positive relationship, between operations and maintenance. Lead the technical development of approximately 35 multi-craft technicians engaged in day-to-day E&I maintenance activities. Provide leadership in proactive maintenance practices and process reliability improvements in the electrical and instrumentation field. Provide day-to-day direction setting and progress monitoring for process control engineers and control system engineers.

The successful candidate will promote safety and excellence in all areas of influence and will have a desire and ability to work as a team player in a continuous process industry in a high-performance work environment.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience in a continuous process industry leading troubleshooting activities in the electrical and instrumentation field Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a continuous process industry Able to lead personnel and process safety improvements through personal commitment and Weyerhaeuser procedures Detailed knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations Able to generate commitment and motivate employees toward a common goal in a non-union team environment Knowledge and experience in Maintenance Best Practices Able to track/measure performance utilizing standard methods/tools Interpersonal skills necessary to work within a diverse organization Able to work and lead in a high-performance team environment Able to effectively team and collaborate with peers to optimize total mill results Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening), organizational and planning skills, facilitation skills, computer skills, and able to achieve results through others
