Job Summary: Support e-commerce and merchandising initiatives through product category/collection creation and presentation. Schedule and coordinate workflow and resources within departments to meet tight deadlines. Create & Maintain site reports to track performance of online product categories and new site content and online tools.
The E-Commerce Assistant will have the following principle accountabilities: Content execution, from setting up the categories to populating, sequencing product presentation within a page and adding cross-sells. Promotion execution, from setting up to testing the promotions on the site to ensure an accurate customer experience. Adding new product content and verifying accuracy of data (Quality Assurance). Schedule email deployments through ESP software. Responsible for site uploads and updates as well as the overall database maintenance. Track key site indicators to determine strengths and weaknesses of the site, maintain and distribute reports. Research competitors’ promotions and features for offer tracking and opportunities. Responsible for email scheduling and reporting.
Candidates must possess: BA with 2+ yrs experience in e-commerce company MAC & MS-Office required
