Well known footwear company is seeking an E-commerce Manager.
Drive online sales and improve the online customer experience to achieve company targets. Partner with VP, Sales to shape ecommerce strategy and website objectives for the US market. Maximize brand awareness through the ecommerce website and associated marketing tools.
Partner with VP, Sales to shape e-commerce strategy and objectives
Work closely with sales and merchandising teams to establish and manage website forecasting, merchandising, project management and planning
Manage partnerships with SEM, SEO, email and ecommerce agencies to optimize website performance , customer experience and drive online sales
Continually evaluate online quality and service levels using google and other analytic tools
Develop creative ideas and improvements for site content, enhancements and functionality
Manage relations with Operations team to secure inventory for online sales
Prioritize and manage projects to their timeline, resources and budget
Develop, plan and execute all ecommerce programs while ensuring alignment and synergy with key marketing initiatives
Continuously monitor health and performance of brand
Conduct ongoing research on ecommerce trends, methods and strategies
Partner with Merchandise Manager and VP of Marketing to develop online exclusives and e-commerce focused marketing initiatives to promote online exclusive products
Create Global Best Practices in ecommerce within the company to share with international e-commerce divisions
Manage four third party vendors independently
QUALIFICATIONS 5-7 years of ecommerce and online marketing experience Ability to plan resources effectively, anticipate obstacles and develop solutions Experience in developing integrated Marketing programs In depth technical understanding of e-Commerce Ability to work on multiple projects and execute with a high level of quality Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships Highly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems Effective vendor management and negotiations skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have agency and in-house brand/ecommerce experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop Thorough understanding and proven track record using Google Analytics, SEO and SEM Bachelors Degree
