We are currently searching for an E-Marketing Manager who will be based in our Manhattan office on 5th Avenue. This position reports directly to the Director, Trade and Product Marketing.
Key relationships: Regional Sales Managers, Key E-tail accounts, Product Marketing team, Marketing Services team, HQ Digital Marketing team
The E-Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping the region’s online Marketing strategy and delivering e-commerce channel revenue and profitability results working through a matrix management structure.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Establish and execute e-commerce basics with top 5 e-tail customers
Develop e-commerce channel specific Marketing programs and appropriate selling tools
Enforce IMAPP policy – look to outsource
Recommend optimal allocation of resources to e-commerce based on assumptive ROI modeling
Architect vision for e-commerce and e-marketing for Grohe US
Advise on region social media strategy – execute as appropriate
Monitor competitor activity and category trends to inform needs
Work with Global digital team and regional Marketing leaders to develop an inventory of global digital marketing assets

Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Bachelors Degree with discipline in Marketing
Minimum of 5 years experience in E-Commerce role
Proven project management skills
International/Global company experience ideal
Must be a team player with ability to be flexible and resilient
