Directly supports the EBS organization and various Enterprise teams through Problem Solving, Facilitating Change Management, and formal Project Management. This would include expert support for one or more of ConAgra’s macro processes (OTC, P2P, R2H) and/or sub-processes (OF, AR, AP). Position Responsibilities JOB MODEL:

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Drives EDI timeline including ROI analysis, prioritization, requirements gathering, testing, and stabilization.
Drives CRQ timeline including ROI analysis, prioritization, requirements gathering, testing, and stabilization.
Investigates & resolves reported issues affecting EBS and various teams across the Enterprise.
Works cross functionally to drive root cause analysis and the implementation of durable solutions.
Provides expert support for Acquisition & Divestiture teams.
Keeps abreast of and appropriately leverages Best Practices used in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Manages relationships with Information Systems and Services in order to coordinate system support activities including Regression and User Acceptance Testing.
Manages relationships within EBS and the Enterprise in order to stay in touch with operational needs.
Facilitates effective analysis, meetings, and communications that drive understanding, alignment and informed decision making.
Keeps abreast of changes in IT so new services, products, product functionality and product enhancements can be fully utilized.
Supports team members in providing well informed coaching/guidance/training. Position Qualifications
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
1+ years Logistics experience through Customer Service, Supply Chain or equivalent experience required.
Ability to analyze information and provide a business case that is actionable.
Technical skills that allow for ease in learning new systems.
Ability to build relationships and credibility with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with customer, sales and supply chain.
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point required
