The purpose of this position is to respond to complaints and emergency situations by dispatching emergency personnel. This is accomplished by radio and telephone communications for the City, receiving calls or complaints and dispatching officers from the appropriate agency. Other duties include answering telephones for the City offices and Utilities departments after hours and other duties as assigned.
