Adecco Engineering & Technical, a division of the world leader in recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals is partnering with the largest search engine company in the world, helping them find talented Employee Referral Candidate Developer to work at their office in Austin,TX.


Review employee referral applicants for various roles across technical and nontechnical functional areas. You’ll be the first face of Staffing for these candidates and their initial point of contact.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience; you’ll work closely with staffing partners to review and action the candidates for the appropriate role(s) in a timely manner.
Keen eye for detail, impeccable organizational and follow-up skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Provide a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process, and contribute to the overall hiring targets.


BA/BS degree
2 - 3 years of HR or recruiting-related experience.
Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and referral recommendation to act as a resume evaluation expert.
Experience with recruiting/applicant tracking systems.
1 year of Tech Recruiting Experience, in house preferred
Leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills is a must
Strong client interfacing skills
Technical background a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing large volumes of applicants.
Ability to read a variety of resumes and extrapolate how that person might fit
Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
Review employee referral resumes for skill level and qualifications; follow up with initial phone interview to assess availability, fit with role and interest.
Coordinate and schedule first round phone interviews with recruiter or technical expert.
Partner with recruiters and internal clients to provide a great referral experience and act as a referral advocate.
Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System. Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy.
