This position will involve project management and business analysis for Engineering IT applications, process and work flow improvement initiatives, including coordination of and participation in testing and training. In addition, you will handle research and root cause analysis of business and process issues affecting Engineering, provide recommendations and implementation solutions.
Qualifications – Education:
Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Business or Computer Technology related field.
Desired: MBA would be a plus.
Qualifications – Work Experience:
Required: 3 - 5 years Project or Staff Management experience, including proven leadership skills and experience with both business process and technical projects.
5 - 10 years Project or Staff Management experience, Enterprise Analysis, experience with Process and Data Management. Knowledge of Insurance Industry. Experience with HSB Engineering and Inspection Services processes.
Qualifications – Technical Skills:
Required: Project Management, Business Analysis, Root Cause Analysis. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Exceptional skills and demonstrated capabilities in MS Excel and MS Access. Experience with SQL queries.
Desired: Experience with CRM and Internet Implementations; MS Project experience
Qualifications – Non-Technical Skills:
Required: Proven leader with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
