This position is responsible for assisting in meeting Global Campus conversion goals by responding to inbound inquiries and by performing follow-up outbound sales calls to assigned prospective students.
Associate's degree or equivalent.
Two years directly related experience in progressively responsible office/technical support capacity.
Experience with qualifying and motivating prospects.
Prior direct sales experience.
Prior customer service experience.
Demonstrated creative problem solving experience.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good technology skills involving the ability to use email and online system applications to retrieve information and track progress.
Ability to project a warm and friendly phone voice.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform the essential functions and requirements of the job.
Ability to project a positive and professional image representing the University.
Prior work experience in an adult higher education environment.
Ability to retain significant amounts of information about products, processes, and program locations.
