Perform varied and responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the Education Administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications for the administrator. Provide general management and coordination to the Morongo School Office. Coordinate the Morongo Scholarship Program.
  • Minimum of four years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience required.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Publisher.
  • Also must have the ability to communicate with the public in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • High School Diploma or GED supplemented by college-level coursework required
