ETS Lien Release Supervisor
This position is responsible for mentoring and oversight of all trustee associate staff.
The team lead distributes work and handles standard inquiries. Team Lead makes sure all new hires receive systems access and training on all pertinent systems and processes. This position works closely with the Trustee Operations Manager to streamline processes and create workflow and training documentation. Team lead monitors outstanding workloads via exception reporting. Ensures all team members adhere to investor and servicing guidelines. Reviews Lien Releases and research items, and responsible for preparation of staff reviews and monitoring of performance issues in conjunction with manager.
The team lead also participates in special projects and initiatives for the department.
CIT’s are processed within 24 hours of receipt
Lien Release preparation with less than
2% error ratio for team
Process 100% of Releases within state/investor guidelines
Meet or exceed all departmental KPI’s
Streamline processes and increase productivity
Handle research items within 48 hours
Handle complex cases; work with counsel
Review legal invoices associated with referred files
Notarization of documents and full adherence with state law and company polices for all notary requirements
Review daily, weekly, monthly exception and management reports
Achieve “satisfactory” internal audit results

Prepare/conduct performance reviews
Customer Service Management
all borrower correspondence within RESPA guidelines
Complete minimum audit of 5 cases per associate per month
