Job Description:

Working as a Chef Manager for FLIK will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.

You will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation under the direction of the Director. You will serve as the primary chef for individual cafeteria and manager overseeing dining operations

Hours are:
Sunday 9:00am - 3:30pm

Monday - Thursday Noon - 9:30pm

Responsibilities:
You will oversee the culinary operations and activities of the facility including multiple outlets plus off-premise catering,

You will have the opportunity to create your own menus using locally grown products

You will manage a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service.

Qualifications:
Minimum of A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts.

Three to five years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.

Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.

Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

ServSafe certified is a plus.
