Lead Scheduler / Planner for a portfolio of smaller programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and oversight of processes for the development and maintenance of resource loaded schedules. Assist in planning, scheduling and cost estimating tasks and support implementation of Earned Value Management processes.
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Program Management or Program Planning & Scheduling with a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study or four (4) years of the above mentioned experience with a Master’s Degree in the above mentioned disciplines. Position may be filled one level lower. * Demonstrated experience in using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Demonstrated Microsoft Project experience * Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). * Familiarity with any Deltek Cobra Desired Qualifications: * Eight (8) plus years of professional experience in Program Planning & Scheduling * Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction * Demonstrated knowledge and experience in assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling and cost estimating tasks * Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management * Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Cost Estimating/Basis of Estimate (BOE) Generation Competencies for Success: * Demonstrated ability to deliver customer focused solutions
