ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Administrative professional to join our Finance team in Norfolk, VA.
Provides support activities for National or Senior Leadership Executive such as reviewing emails, answering telephones, assisting and screening visitors to control interruptions. Effectively manages complex travel schedule (i.e. arranging travel, coordinating with other executives) Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities with various levels of national/senior management which may include coordinating calendars and travel with other personnel outside the department.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or English. In lieu of bachelor’s degree four years administrative experience working with executive management and relevant work experience as listed below.
Relevant Work Experience:
Six years’ experience working in an administrative support role. Advanced skills with presentation software (PowerPoint) and the creation of advance presentations. Advance PC skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
