This position provides administrative assistance to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the PMS Foundation. Involves project management, monitoring projects and calendars, maintaining status reports, meeting preparation, drafting communications, and logistics coordination. Using technology and various software applications, researches and analyzes information for various projects and reports. Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field. A combination of 4 years related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree. Must have a minimum of 5 years administrative and/or office management experience. Minimum 2 years executive/upper management-level experience strongly preferred. Computer experience required. Must be proficient in standard software applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management. Fundraising experience and proficiency in Raiser's Edge software preferred.
