This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of SEC filings and all other external financial reporting.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to:
Assists in the preparation of all external financial reporting, including: SEC filings, 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and S-4s, in accordance with SEC rules and regulations
Assists in the preparation of the earnings and press releases, consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet and Statement of Changes in Capital) and related footnotes, in accordance with GAAP
Responsible for annual and statistical reports as well as investor presentations and analysis
Compiles subsidiary filings, including Salishan-Mohegan, Wisconsin Tribal Gaming, Downs Racing, CT Sun and Mohegan Sun, and related footnotes, in accordance with GAAP
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports all information included within external reporting products
Acts as a liaison with the Internet Marketing department to update content posted on the MTGA website
