EAM Consultant

The company is looking for an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to join our team. The company is a St. Petersburg, FL based consulting firm specializing in helping customers improve their asset management processes and implementing world-class EAM systems. Our clients include some of the largest biotechnology companies in the world, some of the busiest international airports, and many organizations in other asset intensive industries. Our projects include instituting best maintenance practices, configuration and implementation of top tier EAM applications, integration with other enterprise level systems, and development of original applications, where required.
We need consultants with experience implementing business process improvements as well as enterprise-level information systems. Experience with IBM's Maximo or other similar products a significant plus.

Job Purpose:
Provide excellent customer service while being a catalyst for change within our customer organizations; ensure delivery to customer requirements on implementation projects.

Duties:
Assessment of current asset and maintenance management Processes/Systems
Project business case creation
Project design and scoping
Facilitation/documentation of process reengineering workshops
Facilitation/documentation of EAM system design workshops
Oversight of development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions
Creation of project and system documentation including process maps, system requirements, data standards, and training materials
Consulting/educating clients on EAM Best Practices
Coordinating data design and collection activities
Performing EAM system demonstrations
Staying current on industry and system knowledge
