Responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals
Facilitates functional training sessions for JDA products to all levels of JDA associates and customers
Conducts training either at a client site, JDA branch office location or via Virtual Classroom environments
Provides and executes consultative training sessions to address and resolve customer issues
Collaborates with the Education Teams and other JDA groups as an SME to assist in the development of content in their area of expertise.
