As a Team Leader within the Operations Department, you will be responsible for leading the Education Team ensuring that we drive, maintain and exceed Guest Experience, deliver world-class Guest service, and quality education programs.
? Open availability **Must be able to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday); Weekdays (Monday through Friday) flexible availability (Must provide availability for four AM and four PM shifts**)
? Must have successfully completed Introductory Period
? Excellent Customer service skills
? Proven ability as an outgoing, energetic and approachable team member
? Excellent communication skills
? Background in a training preferred
? Lead the Education Team to ensure that all Team Members are scheduled effectively on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
? Working closely with the Education Supervisor to create and implement to drive, maintain, and exceed Guest Experience and Key Performance Targets (KPI) for the Education Department.
? Ensure the highest possible standards of Guest Service, presentation, interaction and Safety in all operational areas of the Attraction.
? Implementing a strategy to enable all members of the team to up-sell BTS Tours, education programs, and conservation drives.
Based at SEA LIFE this Part Time position will require a flexible schedule. Working hours will include evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
