VICE PRESIDENT FOR ENROLLMENT
MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
Saint Peter’s, a Jesuit university in New Jersey, seeks an experienced enrollment professional to serve as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Vice President reports directly to the President and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve the institution’s enrollment goals. The Vice President provides leadership and oversight to the areas of undergraduate, adult undergraduate and graduate recruitment and admissions; enrollment management research and technology; enrollment marketing and communications; and financial aid.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of progressively responsible experience in a successful enrollment management program, utilizing integrated marketing strategies, with expertise in traditional and adult student enrollments on both main and branch campuses, as well as corporate/off-site locations. The Vice President will also play an important role in advancing retention and graduation initiatives. The successful candidate will understand and be supportive of the ideals of Jesuit and Catholic education, as well as have an appreciation for an urban environment. Familiarity with Datatel or a similar student information system is desirable. Applicants should be committed to a high level of collaboration and teamwork, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and a successful record in fiscal management. A Master’s Degree or higher is preferred. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and ability.
