Provides assistance on all inbound Voice Authorization calls from merchants. Assists customers in processing their audio response (Host) and voice authorization (non-Host) transactions, i.e., voice authorizations, address verifications, lost or stolen cards, batch inquiry, batch settlement. Assists Customer Service in basic statement and findings questions in cases of overflow. Complies with Business Conduct Code in work-related matters. Reports violations or suspected violations.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
