Per S|Energy has an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer at our client in Pennsylvania. Our client is an industry leader in providing water and wastewater solutions to industrial and municipal customers. This is a Direct Hire Position.
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing and designing electrical specifics for projects by utilizing applicable software coupled with knowledge and experience to reach expected results. Employee will be required to supervise more junior engineers and assist them when needed.
Review drawings developed in house for accuracy and cost effectiveness. Recommend any changes to the design department.
Analyze client specifications to determine the design strategy and develop single line drawings based on these needs.
Specify equipment and materials to be used on projects and develop pricing for proposals.
Reviews both vendor and engineering submittals.
Works through various departments regarding electrical design issues.
3-5 years experience in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline required.
A Bachelors Degree required, EIT (Engineer in Training) Certification and PE license preferred.
The successful candidate will be expected to stay up to date research materials and equipment for implementation into current designs.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent analytical ability and demonstrated experience in providing very accurate detail-oriented work. Successful candidates will have an appreciation for performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards for accuracy.
