Nesco Resource is recruiting for an Inside Sales Support person for a contract-to-hire opportunity with local electronics client in located in Sodus.
This position is responsible for:
- Process customer orders and are documented in system.
- Coordinate with customer on all changes to pricing, available dates for delivery, and order schedule change status.
- Work with various departments to provide timely information to customers.
- Review customer reports.
- Track orders from receipt to shipment, to assure customer satisfaction.
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy.
- Manage database.
- Strong Customer Service skills required
- Ability to understand technical specifications, with ability to memorize large amount of information.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong PC skills-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
- Training on Company specific quotations and manufacturing software will be provided.
- A successful candidate must have four years relevant experience.
- Associate degree preferred
- Previous work environment in a manufacturing setting preferred.
