Nesco Resource is recruiting for an Inside Sales Support person for a contract-to-hire opportunity with local electronics client in located in Sodus.

This position is responsible for:
  • Process customer orders and are documented in system.
  • Coordinate with customer on all changes to pricing, available dates for delivery, and order schedule change status.
  • Work with various departments to provide timely information to customers.
  • Review customer reports.
  • Track orders from receipt to shipment, to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Manage database.

Experience Required:
  • Strong Customer Service skills required
  • Ability to understand technical specifications, with ability to memorize large amount of information.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
  • Training on Company specific quotations and manufacturing software will be provided.
  • A successful candidate must have four years relevant experience.
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Previous work environment in a manufacturing setting preferred.
