Specific Job Description
Provides turn-key Facilities projects, engineering, design, and commissioning. Has proficient knowledge of low voltage and 120 volt to 69kV electrical systems to develop and review Facilities designs. Produces equipment installation designs in accordance with NFPA70, International Building Code and local requirements. Seal drawings and documents when required. Obtain construction permitting from local jurisdictions. Perform electrical utility needed surveys for critical infrastructure. Coordinate installation of UL 2050 approved security systems for SCIF areas. Insure compliance with NFPA 70E Electrical Safety requirements. Interface extensively with Lockheed Martin Environmental Safety and Health personnel. Develop annual and long range budget and technical goals for Facilities Planning and Operations. Perform Power flow and short circuit studies. Provide Engineering support and Project Management leadership for renovation and infrastructure projects in conjunction with electrical systems operability inspections, engineering analyzes, trouble shooting, and life cycleand technology trade-off studies. Interface extensively with suppliers, contractors, and consultants. Design and manage large project that may include the installation of standby generator systems, UPS systems, building life-safety systems, diesel fuel storage tanks, and environmental remediation. Provide technical planning support, Project Management leadership to establish and sustain a credible representation of "Facilities Electrical Engineering" to local and Lockheed Martin IS&GS Product lines and Functional Business Areas.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
