To serve in the engineering organization, implementing process and materials changes for improvements for the manufacturing of Tantalum capacitors. Focus will be on design of experiments to improve product performance, yield improvements and customer protection initiatives. Includes project development, planning, scheduling of experiments and tracking and analysis of the effectiveness of the change. Reporting results and making recommendations. Assist in implementation of ISO 13485.
