AWS Truepower is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage and conduct technical due diligence for renewable energy projects in various stages of development, construction and operation on behalf of the owner, lender or as an Independent Engineer.
The successful candidate must be able to provide electrical design reviews of wind and solar projects, as well as cost estimating, contract review, compliance review and technical assessments. The candidate must deal effectively with colleagues and clients, meet tight deadlines, perform high-quality analyses of sensitive data and information, and work on several projects simultaneously. The candidate will be expected to perform site visits as necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients.


Minimum of B.S. degree in electrical engineering. An advanced degree and registration as a Professional Engineer is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in as an electrical engineer with 5+ years providing technical due diligence engineering services for renewable energy projects.

Additional Information

Travel: This positions minimum travel requirement is 50%.

Salary : Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full time position.
