o Electrical load flow/short circuit/coordination computer modeling
o Power, lighting, control and instrumentation facilities.
Perform electrical load study
Develop single line diagrams
Create hazardous area classification plans
Support design and drafting team members in the development of all power system equipment related to the production, handling, processing, metering and shipping of oil, gas, water, and steam.
Develop electrical deigns for various voltage systems, including Distribution level equipment (115kV and below)
Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience
BSEE minimum
PE license a plus
Working experience in Upstream (production) oil & gas background a plus but will consider those with downstream (refining) experience.
Proficient with Arc Flash and other studies/calculations
Modeling experience (especially with ETAP) Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with applicable codes like NEC, IEEE, API, etc.
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment.
