Multiple positions available across the US

Carry out site inspection tasks to support the project and client. Control the subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Client satisfaction, contract compliance, problem resolution, involved in managing the installation of the electrical system.
  • Ability to procure, manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Full technical and management authority for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating the electrical installation.
  • Responsible for the technical quality, accuracy, and standards adherence of engineering and design drafting for the project, by working with the subcontractors ensuring work outputs comply with drawings and meets contract requirements.
  • Familiarity with and ability to stay current regarding changing regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with professional and industrial best practices.
  • Represents the company to meet contractual requirements.
  • Responsible to ensure SAFETY requirements must be met.
  • Ensures Quality and Environmental procedures are maintained.
  • Understands of contract terms and ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors.
  • Regular attendance is an essential requirement of the job.
  • Follow any other job-related duties/functions requested by the supervisor.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-8yrs of proven industrial experience includes the installation or inspection of the Sub-station, OHL's and Underground Electrical Infrastructure at various voltages ranging from 690V to 345KV. Windfarm OR power, utility, energy background is preferred.
  • Needs expertise and the necessary skills to interface with the client and will be instrumental in delivering on time cost effective projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and translate those into a field installation.
  • Current and valid driver license.
  • Skills in MSOffice and Outlook.
  • Education:

    BS Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, journeyman electrician or equivalent.
