Primary Purpose/Function:
Support plant operations through repair, installation, adjustment, or maintenance of site equipment to the level necessary to ensure optimal plant production and employee safety.
Perform planned, unplanned, routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance in compliance with all environmental and safety laws and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere to, support, and enforce all company safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures
Ensure proper operation site equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of electromechanical/solid state electrical equipment and systems using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools, and equipment.
Understand and apply knowledge gained from drawings, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
Checks status of various equipment in the field; reports equipment status and condition to operations.
Install new electrical, electronic equipment, and electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and company electrical standard.
Work with and provide support to outside technical vendors during maintenance evolutions.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.

Utilize the plant maintenance program (CMMS), including:
Record parts and materials used, and order or requisition new parts and materials as necessary.
Record repairs and maintenance performed.
Obtain parts from inventory.

Knowledge – Education/Experience Minimum of one to three years experience
High school diploma, or equivalent
