Introduction: This position is based within the sector D&E, in the Electronic Development (EDEV) department. This sector is responsible for the definition, realization, qualification, and support (factory / field) of electronic functions and modules within these products.
Job Mission: Key member of a design team who designs the electrical infrastructure for the industries leading micro-lithography systems.

Job Description:
Education: Bachelor of Science degree with major in: Electrical engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering
Experience: Entry level to five years of electrical / electro-mechanical systems design including: Working knowledge of ECAD design tools, with experience, ideally using Mentor Graphics DX Designer, Viewdraw, PCad or similar ECAD s/w. Working knowledge of electrical drafting best practices. Must be fully willing and capable of producing Class A engineering documentation. Development & preparation of wiring diagrams and schematic diagrams. Specification and design of main power distribution panel boards, boxes and cabinets. Specification and design of AC and DC power distribution systems. Specification and design of interconnect cables and harnessing. Specification and design of electronic racks, cabinets and control consoles. Power supply selection and application. Electrical design aspects of printed circuit boards. Working knowledge of industry codes and standards such as the National Electric Code, NFPA 79 Machine Tool Standards, NEMA Standards, Euro and CSA standards. Knowledge of RFI/EMI best design practices. Familiar with formal ECO/ECN process. Related design experience in Aerospace or Machine Tool industry. Demonstrated capability of task leadership, project planning and interdisciplinary communications. Demonstrated ability to test & troubleshoot electrical & electronic systems to component level. Demonstrated ability to support the integration & testing of electrical & electronic systems at the module, sub-system & system level. Demonstrated ability to write test procedures, specifications and reports.
