Performs assignments requiring mechanical and electrical skills. Must be familiar with hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and proven ability of machine repair.Working knowledge of AC and Dc motors. PLC troubleshooting and ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.Education: Military training or Technical School Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level
Experience trouble shooting mechanical & Electrical systems
Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives
Working knowledge of A/C and D/C motors
PLC troubleshooting required,
Working Knowledge of Encoders and various types of sensors.
Ability to read both electrical and mechanical drawings
Working knowledge of pneumatics
Working knowledge of hydraulics
Education & Work Experience
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Completes preventative maintenance of scheduled machinery.
- Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems of machinery.
Must possess one of the following:
