Responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of customer and production failures to the component level. Also responsible for performing root cause analysis on failures, provide test and design improvement recommendations, assist Test Engineering group with supporting production test, functional test equipment maintenance and calibration, and provide failure feedback information to appropriate teams.
