____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ POSITION DESCRIPTION THE ALLANT GROUP

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Email Campaign Developer (ECD) will support Allant personnel, clients and end users in their day-to-day use of system tools. Technical responsibility includes having a basic understanding of how to implement requests and modify our software tools deployed by Allant. The ECD will execute predefined system activities, field a variety of product-related requests and insure program product compliance with company goals. The ECD will be required to understand technical concepts, and will assist internal and external clients as needed in the execution of standard system activities, as well as being expected to engage in technical conversations with the client as needed to troubleshoot campaign\software issues.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Focus is across execution, and service in that order

Support client in the daily application and execution of software activities using Allant’s system tools. This support can be both internal and/or external, depending on the type of solution

Assist internal team with the creation, implementation, and scheduling of both simple and complex service solutions

Perform system tool data manipulation processes which vary depending on the tool the ECD will be supporting

Understanding of campaigns and how system tools can be used to execute those campaigns

Perform daily repetitive tasks including but not limited to campaigns, data manipulations, reports, issue/investigation troubleshooting, and scheduling of these tasks

Support clients across multiple channels including Direct Mail, Email, Outbound Telemarketing, and other

Support Operations Specialist and Multi-Channel Operations Lead in designing client service solutions (including implementation tasks and process plan development)

Assist client with software or data-related questions as needed to ensure marketing goals are being met

Work in a team environment and establish productive user relationships

Performs other duties and assignments as required

Ability to maintain high level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time

Ability to research and resolve moderately complex problems and deal with multiple projects or activities simultaneously within a rapidly changing environment

General mobility to move within office environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Good meeting and communications presence

Some outside travel required

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or Information Systems preferred or 1-2 years of relevant work experience

1+ years of experience with marketing automation tools required

1+ years of experience with Oracle SQL

Experience with MS Office

Strong business process/ operational and analytical background

Excellent organizational skills including strong written and oral communications, and the ability to work well in teams

Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management
