We are looking for an exceptional Email Marketer. In this key role, you will drive the execution and analysis of the email marketing program. With your expert level knowledge and creativity, you will work closely with our graphic design, product development and marketing teams to create visually appealing email templates, effective landing pages and other online messaging for a rapidly growing audience.
In addition, you will focus on developing new email products, long term planning, and continual testing of products to improve open, click thru, and repeat rates; driving growth, retention and acquisition.
Drive the email execution of campaigns
Partner with creative team to design email and communication templates, develop images, content, promos, and landing pages for Email marketing campaigns
Develop quality, full lifecycle programs that are relevant and appealing to target audience
Design outreach strategy that provides constant contact to customers without becoming annoying, overwhelming or boring
Champion best practices with key stakeholders ensuring vested interest in the success of email marketing campaigns
Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting revenue and acquisition cost goals
Manage email and database marketing tools
Analyze back-end data of email campaigns and make recommendations for enhancing their effectiveness
Minimum 3 years’ experience building and implementing successful email marketing programs A MUST (preferably in the B2C, retail ecommerce space)
3+ years’ experience in marketing and program analysis
Experience analyzing key marketing metrics
Attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end
Experience using data to develop actionable insights
Expert level knowledge/experience with email marketing tools
Strong HTML and Excel skills
BA degree in marketing or similar discipline
